Max Ferrer is a self-taught AI consultant, AI operator, and founder focused on practical artificial intelligence for business. He began learning about AI shortly before ChatGPT made the technology mainstream. When ChatGPT was released, Ferrer was fourteen and recognized that more capable, accessible systems would create new ways for companies to improve how work gets done.

His first AI venture, Integrate Now, did not find clients. The experience showed him that technical knowledge was not enough: the company lacked a focused niche, clear positioning, and a measurable business result. Ferrer later founded One1 Studio around a different sequence. The company starts by mapping a workflow, locating an expensive bottleneck, defining the desired outcome, and deciding whether AI is actually the right solution.

His project work includes a temporary AI assistant adopted across fifty Skool communities and a competitor-research and LinkedIn workflow for an anonymized vitamin company. The client reported that the latter saved approximately four hours each week. Ferrer documents the limitations of these examples and does not present individual project results as guarantees.

Ferrer also founded Oprators, an intentionally spelled AI operator guidance program for beginners and intermediate builders. Oprators helps people choose a niche, learn the skills required for one useful problem, package a clear offer, find clients, deliver responsibly, and document what changes.
